COFFMAN COVE SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENTS

The community of Coffman Cove is located approximately 70 miles west of Ketchikan on the northeast end of Prince of Wales Island  in Southeast Alaska.  It is connected to several other communities by the Prince of Wales Island road system.  Ferry service is also available to the island.

The majority of Prince of Wales Island is located within the Tongass National Forest, creating a strong demand for private property for residential and recreational use.  The University, in partnership with the City of Coffman Cove, has developed several successful subdivisions to meet this demand.
