The parcel is covered with spruce trees. Soil quality on the parcel varies. A soil report is available for review in the Fairbanks office. The parcel is generally level and at a grade with the road, except for the acreage at the intersection which is approximately 12 feet below grade.
This parcel is located within the Fairbanks North Star Borough and is zoned General Use-1 (GU-1). Utilities are available on site.
