Land Use Authorizations

 

UA PERSONNEL ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA PERSONNEL
REQUESTING LAND USE AUTHORIZATION FOR EDUCATIONAL
PURPOSES 
ON PROPERTY NOT OWNED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA

All requests to access or use property not owned by the University of Alaska must be obtained through UA Land Management office.

          ***Regents Policy P05.11.060.A.***
 
STEP ONE

Submit ALL requests to UA Land Management:
  • Description of project or requested use.
  • Identify legal description (Township, Range, Section, Meridian) and ownership of the property on which the requested use is proposed.
  • Length of project (to completion if possible).
  • Maps of the requested location.
  • Any additional information relevant to the requested use.
  • All UAF requests require the internal UAF approval for proposed project or requested use.
STEP TWO

  • Complete CHECKLIST prior to submitting to UA Land Management.
STEP THREE

Submit completed CHECKLIST prior to submitting to UA Land Management.
