The University of Alaska provides public notice and seeks public comment prior to approving its Development Plans and Disposal Plans.
Development Plan means a brief, general description of the major actions to be taken by or on behalf of the University as part of a Development Project, to include location, type of development, approximate acreage, and property map, and any amendments to the Development Plan.
Disposal Plan means a brief, general description including location, acreage, property map, minimum price and the terms and conditions of the disposal, if available, of the real property for which a sale, lease, exchange or transfer of interest, excluding easements and rights-of-way, is proposed by the University.
