The University of Alaska is offering a remote lakefront parcel on Upper Ugashik Lake, on the Alaska Peninsula, for long term lease. The parcel is approximately 65 miles south of King Salmon and is an inholding in the Alaska Peninsula National Wildlife Refuge. The parcel is located in the Lake and Peninsula Borough and is accessible by floatplane or boat only. This parcel is subject to a fifty foot (50’) wide public access easement on Ugashik Lake. In addition, there are section line easements on the north and east boundaries of the parcel.
Interested parties should thoroughly inspect this parcel prior to submitting an offer to ensure that the parcel is suitable for the party’s intended use and to determine all permitting requirements related to that intended use.
